Ernest Hemingway, for whom we are named, was a faithful follower of rum. In fact he was a faithful follower of almost any alcohol, sojourning thoughtfully through rum, whisky and even the odd gin-based martini.
And true to his …passion… we stock an enormous bar with more than 120 whisky’s alone! But what’s the point if you don’t know what to order, or what the difference is between Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, or a serving of Hakushu 18YO.
