When our café was asked to be the exclusive supplier of all things delicious to the elite United Charter Services, we were delighted! Our very first flight with United, was a VVIP breakfast to Cape Town. Although a short flight, the food had to be exceptional. Fresh, seasonal fruit combined beautifully with organic yoghurt and our speciality healthy smoothies, all made freshly that morning by the team. …
